In October of 2006 we launched an e-commerce website called WiredBike.com. Wiredbike has already exceeded its 2006 financial goals, due in no small part due to the unique set of features found on the site.  WiredBike sells bicycle electronics, but it's most interesting aspect is how it sells these products...

Streamlined Checkout

Allowing a faster, easier checkout means more sales. The less clicking and confusion the better. We ask for a minimum amount of information, reduced the number of steps needed and made the checkout navigation more obvious. 

Product Comparison Table

Often times products have many features. Making it easy for visitors to compare the products is key.  Our product comparison table allows visitors to compare products feature-by-feature. The table is packed with info. that's available when the user mouses over a product or feature (no clicking needed!).

Community-Enhanced Documentation

Easily editable by administrators and visitors using wiki software.

Integrated Blog

Adding a blog to the homepage allows the administrator to easily keep the content fresh, visitors informed and improve search engine ranking. Just talking about the latest and greatest products and related news gives the visitor confidence that the site owner knows their stuff. It also can often help improve search engine ranking for a varieity of reasons, too many to go into here :).

Content Management System

Making frequent content changes to your website should not be relegated to I.T. folks. It's just not efficient. We integrated a robust content Management System (CMS) into your ecommerce application. This allows the administrators to easily edit content on any page. This CMS will not limit your design choices, it's 100% flexible.

Online Product Catalog 

Keying in product specs, pictures, descriptions and sizes to your store can take many many hours. We developed a central database for  Retailers, allowing them to add 1000's of products in minutes. Currently this database is only setup for Bicycle Retailers, but we can setup a similar arrangement for other retailers upon request.
